Both telehealth and in-person appointments are now available for anyone who needs to speak with a provider about birth control, STI screening, or other reproductive health needs.

Telehealth visits can be done privately, either with internet-capable device or a telephone. We are able to fill prescriptions by mail and at local pharmacies, and patients can receive up to 12 months’ worth of birth control.

For clients who do not wish to have telehealth visits, annual exams and routine visits are being scheduled at your local health unit. Please contact your health unit to schedule an in-person or telehealth visit for any reproductive health care needed.
All telehealth services are fully covered under all Medicaid plans and commercial insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for those who do not have health insurance coverage at this time.

The Louisiana Reproductive Health Program serves thousands of men, women, and adolescents at over 60 clinics statewide.

We also offer reproductive health training and clinical resources for other healthcare providers in the state.

We Want Your Feedback!

Coming soon, clients will be able to share feedback directly with the program about their experience receiving care at any RHP clinic. We want our care and services to  meet your needs, and we will use all feedback to improve our program. You will have the option to submit feedback anonymously- or, if you would like someone to contact you to follow-up, that will be possible as well.
